• Design and application of appropriate tools for resource tracking/monitoring, analytics of public resource allocation and spending and policy implications; use of IFMIS systems to inform resource use and result optimization

• Support in identification of worthy research issues of institutional, public and knowledge building importance around health and social systems

• Assessment, design and implementation support of modern and digitized data systems for research, monitoring, evaluations, policy and decision making

• Technical assistance to develop, advocate and marshal institutional and ethical approvals for research; use of modern concepts, approaches and tools in research design and implementation
