    • Localization can be real: HECCON is motivated by knowing the important role and potential that local level institutions play in developing and implementing sustainable solutions to local challenges and will therefore emphasize in locally adaptable approaches in all the work we do. . Imparting the necessary capacities for clients and stakeholders is among our internal performance standards. And RESULTS are PROVIDED in a DIRECT WAY, no anesthetic exaggerations.

     

• HECCON technical personnel and associates have lengthy experience delivering technical assistance in programmes, projects and activities funded EAC, GOK, World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, European Union, ADB/ADF, USAID, DfID, JICA, BMZ/KfW, DANIDA, SIDA, religious and other charitable organizations and many others in different capacities – in research, consultancies, capacity building/training and business support services across all health domains. HECCON is currently carrying out an assessment of data systems for health financing.
